Question: What is the smallest well diameter you can print?
Answer: 1.5mm diameter.
Question: What is the printed Teflon™ mask thickness?
Answer: Approximately 30 microns.
Question: What is the finish of the Teflon™ printed slides?
Answer: Matte.
Question: What is the contact angle of the Teflon™ printed slides?
Answer: Greater than 150° with DI water.
Question: What is the finish of the Epoxy printed slides?
Answer: Gloss.
Question: What is the contact angle of the Epoxy printed slides?
Answer: Approximately 40° with DI water.
Question: Can you print on cover glass?
Answer: No, the cover glass is too thin and shatters during the printing process.
Question: Do you have distributors in different Countries?
Answer: We do not sell through distribution networks, suppliers or resellers. We sell directly to our customers.
Question: Do you provide Certificates of Origin for International Customers?
Answer: Yes, Tekdon can provide these. We do not charge a fee for these certificates. The most common country we ship to that asks for them is Vietnam but can provide them for customers in other countries. Let us know if you need one when you contact us or place your order.
